Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration / Banking & Finance / Multimedia Design / Marketing / Human Resources
- 2 years working experience
- Driving License
- Travel to different state & country during off office hour and holiday
Job Scope:
- Handle Meeting Minutes, Presentation Slides, Schedule Of Work, Documentation & Filling
- Coordination with suppliers, partners, customers, team members to achieved business goals
- Content writing for news release, email, articles & notice
- Preparation and planning of event / seminar / workshop
- Handle video taking , interview video taking, trip video taking and photo taking
- Prepare and coordinating event and seminar
- Negotiating with partner, supplier, and other stakeholders
- Assist in document and software such as invoice, quotation, proposal
- Assist superior for daily schedule and needs by sourcing for solution and needy
