Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration / Banking & Finance / Multimedia Design / Marketing / Human Resources
  • 2 years working experience
  • Driving License
  • Travel to different state & country during off office hour and holiday

Job Scope:

  • Handle Meeting Minutes, Presentation Slides, Schedule Of Work, Documentation & Filling
  • Coordination with suppliers, partners, customers, team members to achieved business goals
  • Content writing for news release, email, articles & notice
  • Preparation and planning of event / seminar / workshop
  • Handle video taking , interview video taking, trip video taking and photo taking
  • Prepare and coordinating event and seminar
  • Negotiating with partner, supplier, and other stakeholders
  • Assist in document and software such as invoice, quotation, proposal
  • Assist superior for daily schedule and needs by sourcing for solution and needy
