The Role: Assistant Manager, Prefab MEP

We are seeking two motivated individuals to launch their careers as Assistant Managers, Prefab MEP. You will be part of the core team managing our flagship Prefabricated MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) accreditation scheme which is a national initiative that champions quality and innovation. This is not a technical design role; it is a role where your technical understanding allows you to manage standards, engage with specialists, and influence the entire ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Industry Standards & Accreditation:
  • Administer the end-to-end accreditation process for a portfolio of specialist companies.
  • Use your technical knowledge to liaise effectively with applicants, understand their submissions, and coordinate with technical assessors.
  • Ensure the integrity and standards of the accreditation scheme.
  • Drive Industry Engagement & Growth:
  • Be the key point of contact for Prefab MEP specialists, building relationships and understanding industry challenges.
  • Support the development and execution of workshops, seminars, and learning journeys to foster knowledge sharing and adoption of best practices.
  • Supporting the Flagship Industry Event:
  • Supporting role in organizing our major annual Prefab MEP Dinner event, engaging with senior industry leaders and managing key aspects of the event.
  • Collaborate in a Cross-Border Team:

Work closely with your teammate in JB and report to the Senior Manager in Singapore, using digital tools to deliver seamless outcomes

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM3, RM4,500.00 per month
