ASSISTANT MANAGER,  MARKETING (PROPERTY DEVELOPER)

Job Descriptions:

  • To assist Manager in ensuring marketing team achieves the monthly, quarterly and annual targets set by the management.
  • Responsible to oversee the implementation of marketing strategies and all aspect to ensure increase sales revenue.
  • To develop and execute marketing strategies to promote property developments, including digital and offline campaigns.
  • To organize and execute on-ground marketing activities such as roadshows, events, and showroom promotions.
  • Conduct market research to understand buyer behavior, competitor activities, and property trends, translating insights into effective marketing strategies.
  • To assist and support for sales launching, attending to walk-in customers, any forms of sales enquiries via email, phone call, letter etc.
  • To supervise and lead department to carry out product campaigns and provide feedback on product and campaigns.
  • Working with teams to develop and maintain good customer relationships.
  • To monitor and analyze campaign performance, optimizing strategies to maximize lead generation and sales conversion.
  • Responsible in creating and manage marketing materials, advertisements, and promotional content to support property launches.
  • To prepare regular reports for senior management on marketing activities

Required Qualifications/Skills:

  • 5 Working Days (Monday to Friday / 0830am - 1730pm)
  • Candidate possess Diploma, Bachelor's degree related to Marketing or any field (those without requires academic qualification but have more than 5 years' working experience in related field with proven track record are encouraged to apply).
  • Proven and well experience in marketing within the property development & real estate industry. Good knowledge of real estate trends and buyer demographics.
  • Have ability to work closely with sales teams to drive marketing efforts that result in property sales.
  • Good hands-on experience with digital advertising platforms, social media and others relevant platforms.
  • Experience in event planning and offline marketing activities. Analytical mindset with the ability to track performance metrics and optimize marketing strategies.
  • Excellent in PC skills and MS Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint); technology skills (e.g. Adobe photoshop,Canva etc).
  • Able to communicate fluently in English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken);Ability to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey marketing messages and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
