Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads via cold calling, email, and WhatsApp outreach.
  • Manage social media content and campaigns for brand visibility.
  • Attend to walk-in and appointment clients at the showroom.
  • Handle sales of small machines (MCD / R&D units).
  • Maintain showroom and lobby in organized, professional condition.
  • Support sales team with quotations, product information, and promotional materials.
  • Update and maintain CRM system with client info and sales pipelines.
  • Assist with events, exhibitions, and product demonstrations.
  • Conduct monthly machinery stock counts and status updates.

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field
  • 1–2 years experience in sales coordination, customer service, or admin (machinery/industrial experience preferred)
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
  • Excellent communication: English & Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin a plus
  • Able to work HQ-based, occasionally assist at events / exhibitions
