TANGGUNGJAWAB UTAMA:

  1. Sales (Jualan)

i. Menjual produk atau perkhidmatan syarikat mengikut sasaran jualan bulanan/kuartal.

ii. Mengenal pasti prospek baru melalui panggilan telefon, lawatan, media sosial, atau pameran.

iii. Menjalin hubungan baik dengan pelanggan sedia ada untuk jualan berulang.

iv. Menyediakan sebut harga (quotation) dan dokumen jualan lain.

v. Menutup jualan (closing deal) dan memastikan transaksi berjalan lancar.

vi. Melaporkan aktiviti jualan harian/mingguan kepada penyelia atau pengurus.

vii. Mencadangkan strategi untuk meningkatkan jualan berdasarkan maklum balas pelanggan.

  1. Marketing (Pemasaran)

i. Merancang dan melaksanakan kempen pemasaran (online & offline) untuk menarik pelanggan baru.

ii. Mengurus media sosial syarikat: posting, iklan berbayar, engagement dengan followers.

iii. Membuat bahan promosi seperti poster, flyers, video pendek, atau konten digital lain.

iv. Menyokong aktiviti PR, pameran, atau roadshow untuk meningkatkan brand awareness.

v. Menganalisis pasaran dan pesaing untuk kenal pasti peluang jualan baru.

vi. Memberi cadangan inovatif untuk produk atau servis baru berdasarkan permintaan pelanggan.

  1. Tugas Sokongan

i. Menyediakan laporan jualan, marketing KPI, dan analisis prestasi bulanan.

ii. Bekerjasama rapat dengan pasukan lain seperti operasi, servis pelanggan, dan akaun.

iii. Mengurus pangkalan data pelanggan (CRM) dengan lengkap dan kemas.

iv. Membantu penyelia dalam projek khas atau promosi semasa musim jualan tinggi.

  1. Kriteria Kejayaan (Outcome / KPI)

i. Capai sasaran jualan bulanan/kuartal.

ii. Meningkatkan bilangan pelanggan baru dan mengekalkan pelanggan sedia ada.

iii. Keberkesanan kempen pemasaran (reach, engagement, conversion).

iv. Kualiti laporan dan ketepatan data pelanggan.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1, RM2,500.00 per month
