Get to Know the Role

We are looking for a Senior Finance Analyst with proven experience in FP&A, you will play a key role in financial reporting, analysis, planning, and ERP implementation. You will collaborate across teams to enhance operations and drive financial performance.

Essential Responsibilities

· Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and identify key trends and variances.

· Develop mid-month forecasts and quarterly reports to support business planning.

· Conduct KPI-driven variance analysis and deliver actionable insights to management.

· Ensure timely and accurate submission of reporting packages to headquarters.

· Lead the annual planning and quarterly budgeting processes, including internal reviews.

· Consolidate monthly operating performance and prepare KPI reports for leadership.

· Analyze revenue and gross margin by customer, product, and pricing to support profitability.

· Drive ERP system implementation, focusing on Budget Planning & Control modules.

· Enhance Finance SOPs and monitor investment and incentive-related spending.

· To carry out any other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.

Skills and Competencies Profile

· Degree in Accountancy/ACCA required.

· 5–8 years of experience in FP&A and group accounting roles.

· Strong financial analysis and reporting capabilities.

· Proficiency in forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.

· Advanced Excel skills and financial modeling expertise.

· Experience with implementing ERP systems and dashboard tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

· Excellent communication and presentation skills.

· Ability to collaborate across departments and manage multiple stakeholders.

· Detail-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset.

· Energetic and focused on delivering high-quality results.
