Job Description:

  • Receive and coordinate all sales enquiries in line with company's sales process.
  • Follow up sales activities with customers and potential customers.
  • Capture all necessary information for preparation of quotes.
  • Coordinate and ensure all export and import handling activities in process.
  • Follow up on quotations sent to customers.
  • Assist to check on overlooked emails sent to sales & marketing department for enquiries.
  • Assist in monitoring, reviewing and reporting to sales & marketing department on all sales activities.
  • Manage all FCL export booking.
  • Issue and follow up on manifest correctors for required revision after vessel manifest closure.
  • Responsible for timely coordination of final freight movement of international cargo to customers and meeting their delivery needs.
  • Assist to coordinate and ensure all freight forwarding services provided by company are organised and in order.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
  • Preferably 2-3 years relevant working experience.
  • Good communication skill.
