ROADM Maintenance Technician

Job Description
Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Responsible for all the transfer, setup and maintenance of equipment in line with ACD product transfer from Fuzhou.
• To maintain and improve equipment uptime.
• Identify and quantifies quality problems associated with equipment and / or processes and provide solutions.
• Always ensure the equipment implemented deliver the good and right quality services/product to the customers.
• Drive technical project tasks to completion in accordance with the project schedule
• Performs any other duties as directed by the immediate supervisor from time to time.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor or Diploma in Science/ Engineering preferably majoring in Mechatronics or Mechanical with at least 2 years of relevant work experience in equipment maintenance (functional skills).

Skills

• Strong hardware skills to diagnose, assembly and support variety of production equipment.
• Good computer literacy and basic SPC knowledge
• Must exhibit a strong sense of analytical skills with hands on working attitude.
• Adaptable and flexible to rapid changes to the business needs of the company.
• Experience working in high mix and high volume manufacturing environment, and/or assembly, SMT, PCBA manufacturing environment will be an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of mechanical dimensioning & tolerancing analysis, poka-yoke principles will be an added advantage.
• Experience in supervising a team of maintenance personnel will be an added advantage.
• Willing to work shift .

• This role is 100% onsite / hybrid / remote.
