Golf & Sport Assistant

• Deliver excellent customer service to all golfers and guests.
• Ensure the smooth and efficient flow of golfing activities on the course.
• Welcome golfers upon arrival by unloading golf bags from their vehicles, tagging the bags, and transferring them to the buggy area.
• Handle golf bags with care, ensuring their safety at all times.
• Wash, clean, and maintain buggies; charge them overnight.
• Transfer buggies from the buggy station to the golf center area each morning.
• Issue buggies to players, ensure all golf bags are tagged, and place them on the appropriate buggy.
• Check that golfers are properly attired before their game begins.
• Collect invoices from golfers and issue scorecards. Record game details including start time, crossover time, finish time, etc., in the Qisoft system and print the starter sheet. Submit to the Golf Supervisor by end of day.
• Patrol the golf course to verify correct placement of tee markers, distance markers, and flags.
• Assign caddies to golfers based on issued invoices.
• Ensure golfers follow golf etiquette and adhere to course rules.
• Monitor each flight's pace of play, ensuring timely progress without unnecessary delays.
• Prevent golfers from driving buggies onto the fairway during rainy seasons and enforce daily course control guidelines.
• After each game, clean, pack, and return golf bags to players in good condition.
• Inspect buggies post-game to confirm no damage has occurred.
• Perform any additional duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1, RM1,800.00 per month
