Tribe is seeking a dedicated individual to provide customer support for an international gaming brand. The successful candidate will handle player contacts remotely.

Job Description:

  • Act as the first point of contact for player inquiries via live chat and email.
  • Diagnose issues and provide timely and accurate solutions.
  • Navigate between different systems to manage support tickets.
  • Maintain a high standard of customer service in all interactions.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Must have full fluency in Mandarin and English (verbal and written).
  • Must have previous customer service experience, preferably in digital support.
  • Competent with computers and able to use multiple programs.
  • Able to work without direct supervision in a home office setting.
  • Must have a personal laptop and a stable, high-speed internet connection.
  • Available to work shifts on a rotating schedule, which will include night work.
