We are looking for a hands-on candidate with experience as a store executive or having taken up managerial roles.

What You Will Primarily Do:

  • Provides guidance and assistance to other warehouse employees in carrying out the efficient and effective operation of the Warehouse.
  • Monitors the preparing of statistical and information reports on material coordination and store activities to superior.
  • Maintains an inventory control system for the Warehouse to ensure goods received, stored and shipped from the Warehouse are properly recorded and accounted for.
  • Oversees requisition of materials and equipment to ensure adequate inventory levels are sufficient to meet the needs of the plant's operations.
  • Reports damages and discrepancies for accounting, reimbursement and record-keeping purposes.
  • Ensures warehouse inventory is organized and stored in an orderly, accessible and safe manner.
  • Trains and advises warehouse employees in materials handling procedures and in the operation of equipment used.
  • Ensures compliance with GMP guidelines, safety procedures and regulations that relate to the work performed to minimize potential for accidents, injuries or hazards in the Warehouse.
  • Investigates and solves problems through root cause analysis resulting from material shortages.
  • To conduct bi-annually stock count.
  • Provides orientation, training, and assistance to subordinates in their daily tasks.

What We May Need From You:

  • At least 2 years and above working experiences (managerial or qua-managerial executive role) in a relevant industry.
  • Independent, decisive and committed individual.
  • Knowledge in GMP, HACCP, HALAL, and ISO is added advantage.
  • Language: Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia. A significant part of the work involves dealing with traditional medicine related ingredients/products, therefore proficiency in the Mandarin language is required.
  • Willing to work at Taman Perindustrian KIP, Kepong
