Summary Job Description

To assist in the smooth running of the warehouse operations.

Tasks and Responsibilities

·Responsible for order processing which includes managing forwarding agents,

shipping lines and transportation

·  Processing of Purchase Order (PO) in accordance to required dispatch/shipping dates

·   Generate Delivery Order (DO) and Invoice for delivery

·  External communication with customers and their supply chain team to

ensure timely clearance and delivering of shipment

·      Supervise and arrange the jobs of storekeeper related to inventory management

·       Stock Management   -  Sort, Organise goods in proper location

Report damage and missing goods to Supervisor / Warehouse Manager

·       Keep warehouse neat and clean at all time

·       Operate forklifts and pallet jacks, if it is required

·       Handle delicate and sensitive products with utmost care.

·       Handle and operate necessary tools and accessories in maintaining and managing a warehouse.

·       Integrate best practices in handling warehouse materials.

·       Operates all office equipment including fax, copier, and computer as and when needed

·       Comply to all SOP, Policy & Procedures and Memos by the management.
