  • Updating and maintaining procedural documentation.
  • Set up and maintain office equipment such as printers, copiers, projectors, and telecommunication systems.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and repairs on office equipment and coordinate with external vendors for major repairs.
  • Support the IT department with hardware and software setup, installations, and routine updates.
  • Ensure proper functioning of internet, phone systems, and network connectivity.
  • Assist in managing office inventory, including IT supplies, cables, and peripherals.
  • Maintain records of equipment maintenance and asset tracking.
  • Help staff with basic technical issues and escalate more complex issues when needed.

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Ability to work as part of a team and take direction accurately.
  • Analytical thinker and problem solver.
  • High level of accuracy.
  • Competent IT skills, particularly proficiency with spreadsheet software.
  • Extremely organized in a manner that is easily read by others.
  • Trustworthy and discreet when dealing with confidential information.
  • Administrative skills.
  • Able to handle technical relating to computer and office system will be an advantage.
