  • Install, Configure, Test, Manage & Maintain Operation Systems, Application Software and System Management Tools

  • Monitor & Test Application Performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solution and work with developers to implement those fixes

  • Provide 1st and 2nd level support to client via phone, email, support portal and remote support

  • Liaise with Vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution

  • Requirement study for new systems and help implementation and monitor system effectiveness

  • Responsible for User Training and Feedback

  • To carry out other duties which may be assigned by the Management from time to time.

  • Capable of liaising with project manager (if involve in projects) and respecting deadlines.

  • To provide technical consultancy and capable of handling change request and issue raised by multiple client accounts.

  • Must be able to work on weekends/public holiday and standby after working hours (will be on weekly rotation basis with other colleagues)

Job Requirement / Specifications

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.

  • Candidates who have F&B Environment experience or related field will be an added advantage.

  • Willing to travel locally.

  • Good Analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Able to work independently, have collaboration mind set, creative thinking, strong attention to details and leading skill.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills (proper phone, online conversation and email etiquette)

  • Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3, RM4,000.00 per month
