About the role

As a Supervisor at Tokwan's Restaurant, you will play a key role in overseeing the front-of-house operations at our restaurant located in Putrajaya. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating your team of servers to deliver an exceptional dining experience for our customers.

What you'll be doing

  1. Supervising and managing a team of servers, ensuring high standards of customer service.
  2. Monitoring daily operations, including tracking inventory, managing reservations, and addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
  3. Providing training and development opportunities for your team to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  4. Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure efficient order processing and timely meal delivery.
  5. Maintaining accurate records and reports related to staffing, sales, and other operational data.
  6. Assisting with the implementation of new policies, procedures, and initiatives to improve overall efficiency and customer satisfaction.

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience as a supervisor or in a leadership role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a family/big group restaurant setting.
  2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
  3. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  4. Proficiency in handling cash, inventory, and other operational tasks.
  5. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  6. A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to creating a positive dining experience for our guests.
