Key Responsibilities

  • Operate, monitor, and maintain production machinery and equipment.
  • Perform setup and changeover of machines according to production requirements.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical or process issues to minimise downtime.
  • Conduct routine checks to ensure machines run efficiently and safely.
  • Assist in implementing process improvements to enhance productivity and product quality.
  • Complete production reports, log sheets, and relevant documentation accurately.
  • Work closely with quality and engineering teams to resolve production-related issues.
  • Follow SOPs, safety guidelines, and company policies at all times.
