Warehouse Assistant

Job Responsibilities
To assist supervisors in arranging lorry with transporters and checking on good loading/unloading.
Receiving, generating, updating, submitting and record keeping for all warehouse related documents accurately.
Preparing, recording and ensure proper filing of invoices, delivery orders, return notes and delivery documents. Cross check customer return note quantity against physical.
To ensure all documents related to warehouse are well organized, completed promptly and in accordance to the company's policy and procedures.
Prepare and update daily and monthly report on delivery, receiving, stocks cards and inventory analysis.
To assist in warehouse operation (eg, picking process, handling forklift/reach truck, warehouse cleanliness)
To communicate with purchasing, sales, invoicing and accounts department for related documents.
Handle goods return, labeling and other assigned warehouse task as requested.
To issue goods received report from local & oversea and submit to purchasing department.
To assist in any other tasks, assign by supervisors from time to time.
Benefits: yearly bonus & annual Increment.

Pay: RM1, RM2,470.75 per month
