POSITION SUMMARY:

We're looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Business Intern to support our team across a range of business functions, with a focus on sales-related activities. In this role, you'll assist with day-to-day operations, help drive business development initiatives, and support internal processes. You'll gain hands-on experience in both administrative and sales functions, making this an excellent opportunity to build a well-rounded business skill set. Strong communication, organizational skills, and a willingness to learn will be key to your success.

Responsibility:

  • Lead Identification: Assist in identifying potential leads and prospects to expand our customer base.
  • Database Management: Help maintain and update organized records of customers, prospects, and business contacts.
  • Meeting Participation: Join sales or business meetings, presentations, and brainstorming sessions, contributing ideas and insights.
  • Daily Coordination: Support the team in day-to-day business operations, including preparing documents, coordinating schedules, and handling follow-up actions.
  • Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to support sales and business planning.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, or related fields.
  • CGPA: 3.0 and above preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Eagerness to learn, adaptable to different tasks, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
