The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and driven
Marketing &
Business Development
Intern

to contribute to our outreach, marketing, and client engagement initiatives. This internship offers the rare opportunity to work closely with the COO and partners of the firm, gaining direct exposure to strategic business development in a professional services environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media marketing strategies
     (LinkedIn and other platforms) to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Design and produce impactful marketing collateral
     including brochures, pitch decks, and client proposals.
  • Conduct in-depth market and company research
     to identify opportunities and support client acquisition efforts.
  • Create and curate compelling content
     (articles, newsletters, client alerts) aligned with the firm's brand voice.
  • Coordinate and support business development initiatives
     such as events, webinars, and targeted campaigns.
  • Maintain and optimise BD databases and CRM systems
     to ensure accurate, actionable records.
  • Generate and analyse performance reports
     on campaigns, industry trends, and competitor activities to inform strategy.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong command of written and spoken English (Mandarin/Malay an advantage).
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
  • Basic design and presentation skills (Canva, PowerPoint).
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and proactive.
  • Self-driven with the ability to take ownership of projects and seek input strategically.
