We are looking for a dedicated and proactive International Business Development Executive to join our exciting team driving international investments into our Lion Industrial Parks. If you're energetic, love meeting people, and enjoy turning big opportunities into real deals — this role is for you

Vacancy : One (1) vacant positionbased in HQ - Lion Office Tower (Jalan Nagasari, Kuala Lumpur)

What You'll Do :

  • Promote industrial land across light, medium, and heavy industry sectors.
  • Build connections — handle enquiries, and follow up with potential buyers.
  • Host site visits, deliver presentations, and brief local and international investors on exciting project opportunities.
  • Prepare sales proposals, quotations, LOI/LOA/LOO documents, and negotiation materials like a pro.
  • Strengthen relationships with agents, consultants, MIDA, and potential investors from around the world.
  • Keep your finger on the pulse — monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing.
  • Contribute ideas to marketing plans and industrial park promotion campaigns.
  • Work with the internal Marketing & Sales team on digital ads, brochures, social media content, and promotional materials.
  • Represent Lion Property at exhibitions, trade shows, roadshows, and industry events (local & overseas).
  • Craft impressive project presentations, marketing kits, and investment materials.
  • Manage client databases, CRM updates, and sales reports.
  • Support branding efforts to boost project visibility and investor engagement.

What We're Looking For :

  • Bachelor's Degree, Post-Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Business Development, Marketing & Sales or equivalent.
  • At least 1–3 years of working experience in Property Development, Industrial Land sales, B2B sales related.
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a bonus, especially for China clients).
  • Possession of own transport - to travel for site visits and client meetings.
