Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap for system integration solutions in alignment with the companys goals and market demands.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and gather customer feedback to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for new integration products or enhancements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including CMS and Business Development to conceptualize, design and deliver system integration products and solutions.
  • Engage with clients, internal stakeholders, and industry experts to gather requirements and define products features and functionalities for seamless system integration.
  • Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation, development, launch, to post-launch monitoring and updates. Ensure timely delivery on high- quality products.
  • Possess a strong technical understanding of integration technologies, platforms, APIs, and protocols. Translate technical aspects into product requirements and user stories.
  • Develop and execute go-to market plans, including pricing, positioning, and marketing strategies for new system integration product and features.
  • Work closely with CMS teams, providing clear product requirements and priorities. Communicate product vision, roadmap and updates to stakeholders.
  • Track and analyze key product metrics, user feedback and market data to measure product performance and make data driven decisions for product enhancements.
  • Assist and develop the successful execution of product launches, marketing initiatives and campaigns.
  • Be a subject matter specialist, demonstrating expertise on products, competitors, and latest technology topics.
  • Suggest which ideas should be promoted to push the product strategy forward namely those that will achieve key objectives for the business.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science or related field. MBA or relevant cert will be added advantage.
  • Minimum 10+ years of Product Manager in IT industry, preferably in system integration, software development, or related domains.
  • Strong Technical background and familiarity with system integration technologies, APIs, middleware, and enterprise solutions.
  • Proven track record in product strategy, roadmap development and successful product launches.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, stakeholder management skills, and analytical mindset in transferring data into actionable insights for product improvement.
