  • Able to work under pressure & meet deadlines.

Job Description

Production & Scheduling

  • Plan, implement & control production schedule to achieve on-time delivery.

  • Coordinate with Planner on shipment dates and update JD progress.

  • Achieve daily/monthly production targets (Wooden Reel).

Operations Management

  • Oversee entire production flow: raw materials → processes → finishing → painting → packing.

  • Ensure manpower & materials are used efficiently.

  • Maintain required product quality and enforce self-checking.

Kaizen / Improvement

  • Lead cost-saving & process improvement (Kaizen) initiatives.

  • Support team in efficiency improvement projects.

Manpower & Resources

  • Optimize manpower usage and reduce labour through improvements.

  • Control material usage to avoid wastage.

Efficiency Tracking

  • Monitor production & process efficiency, line balancing, and output targets.

  • Ensure production is on time, within budget, and up to standard.

Safety & Maintenance

  • Ensure compliance with safety & health regulations.

  • Maintain a safe working environment.

  • Monitor TPM & preventive maintenance; coordinate breakdowns/repairs.

Training & People Management

  • Plan training for Supervisors/Leaders; conduct OJT & refresher training.

  • Identify training needs; manage discipline, attendance & performance.

  • Motivate and supervise production team.
