This job will be based in Aliran Ihsan Resources Berhad, Kuala Lumpur.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead the formulation and execution of corporate financial strategies to ensure sustainable profitability, liquidity, and value creation across the Group.
  • Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and performance analysis to provide accurate insights that support strategic and operational decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain robust internal controls, accounting policies, and risk management frameworks to ensure compliance with regulatory, statutory, and Group governance standards.
  • Drive cost management, financial forecasting, and performance monitoring initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and profitability.
  • Spearhead procurement governance, contract management, and sourcing strategies to ensure transparency, competitiveness, and value optimization in all purchasing activities.
  • Manage cash flow, funding, and investment portfolios to maintain financial stability and optimize capital utilization for current and future projects.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., auditors, financial institutions, suppliers, regulators) to ensure strong financial stewardship and business integrity.
  • Mentor and develop Finance & Procurement teams to strengthen organizational capability, succession readiness, and a high-performance culture.

Education / Professional Qualification

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
  • Professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or equivalent) is an advantage.

Relevant Experience

  • Minimum 15 years of working experience, with at least 8 years in senior management roles overseeing finance and procurement.
  • Proven track record in financial management and procurement within utilities, engineering, or infrastructure sectors.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to RM240,000.00 per year
