As a Reporting Analyst, you'll analyze data, automate reporting, and create impactful dashboards using tools like Power BI and SQL. If you're a data-driven problem-solver with strong communication skills and a passion for transforming insights into action, this role is perfect for you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver performance-driven reports.
  • Consolidate and prepare regular service level performance reports.
  • Monitor operational efficiency and results.
  • Identify issues and recommend corrective actions.
  • Enhance reports, dashboards, and analysis for management.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to extract strategic insights.

Key Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in performance reporting or similar roles.
  • Strong Excel and reporting skills.
  • Process-oriented with a strategic mindset.
  • Experience in financial services, banking, or tech operations.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to spot issues and provide solutions.
  • This opportunity is available to individuals authorized to work in Malaysia.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM60, RM84,000.00 per year
