You will be responsible for driving the performance of our official website and online marketing campaigns. The role involves strategic planning, daily operation of ecommerce platforms, and leading initiatives across digital ads, social content, CRM, and conversational marketing (WhatsApp).

This position reports directly to the Country Manager and works closely with the marketing and creative team.


Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute ecommerce and digital marketing campaigns for the official website.
  • Oversee daily operations, product updates, and performance tracking of the website.
  • Manage and optimize digital advertising (Meta, Google, etc.) to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Develop and manage social media content strategy for Instagram & Facebook.
  • Manage CRM campaigns, email marketing, and conversational marketing through WhatsApp.
  • Analyze campaign and website performance, preparing reports with actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to ensure cohesive brand communication.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, or related roles.
  • Hands-on experience with ecommerce platforms and digital ad management (Meta, Google Ads).
  • Strong understanding of social media, CRM, and conversion optimization.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and turn it into actionable strategies.
  • A passion for skincare, beauty, or lifestyle brands is a strong plus.
  • Creative thinker who can balance aesthetics, performance, and storytelling.
