Internship for E-Commerce

(Intern / Fresh Graduate Friendly)

Location: Cyberjaya, Selangor

Note: This is a full on-site position. Remote work is not available.

This role is ideal for interns or fresh graduates looking to launch their career in retail, digital marketing, and e-commerce.

Job Responsibilities1. E-Commerce & Website Management

• Assist in managing and processing orders on platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and Facebook.
• Update and maintain product listings (titles, images, descriptions, pricing) on the website and online marketplaces.
• Monitor website content and report issues such as broken links or incorrect product details.

2. Order Coordination & Fulfillment

• Track online orders from placement to delivery and ensure timely dispatch.
• Coordinate with delivery partners and follow up on delayed shipments.
• Provide customers with updates on order status when necessary.

3. Data Entry & Performance Reporting

• Assist in preparing daily or weekly sales and performance reports.
• Record and organize customer inquiries and feedback.
• Track digital campaign performance and marketing activities.

4. Customer Support & Inquiries

• Attend to customer inquiries via walk-in, phone, and online channels.
• Recommend suitable baking tools and ingredients based on customer needs.
• Provide basic customer support or escalate issues to senior staff when required.
• Follow up with customers for after-sales support and feedback.

5. Social Media & Marketing Support

• Assist in creating engaging content such as product features, baking tips, and short videos.
• Capture photos and video clips of products and promotions for online use.
• Support promotional activities, in-store sampling, and mini campaigns.

6. General Administrative Support

• Prepare documents including invoices, receipts, delivery orders, and packing slips.
• Organize and file records; help maintain updated stock and price lists.

7. Product Display & Merchandising

• Restock and arrange shelves to maintain a clean and appealing store presentation.
• Ensure products are correctly labeled and priced.
• Support visual merchandising for campaigns, festive seasons, and promotions.

8. Inventory Support

• Report low-stock or out-of-stock items.
• Assist with stock counts and receiving deliveries.
• Check expiry dates and ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO).

9. Sales & Order Processing

• Support daily in-store sales using the POS system.
• Assist in packing customer purchases and online parcels neatly.
• Encourage upselling by highlighting new arrivals and promotions.

10. Learning & Product Familiarity

• Develop knowledge of baking tools, ingredients, and product usage.
• Understand the full e-commerce workflow from order placement to delivery.
• Gain hands-on experience in retail operations and digital processes.

11. Store Cleanliness & Maintenance

• Maintain an organized, clean, and hygienic store environment.
• Clean demo tools, equipment, and packing areas.

12. Team Collaboration

• Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisors.
• Collaborate with store, inventory, and marketing teams for smooth daily operations.

13. Workshop & Event Assistance (if applicable)

• Support preparation for baking demos, workshops, or in-store events.
• Assist with setup, registration, and participant interaction.
• Help with post-event cleanup and reporting.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields.
• Familiar with major social media platforms and basic digital advertising tools.
• Able to use content creation tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Creative, proactive, and able to communicate effectively (written & verbal).
• A team player who can also work independently and responsibly.
• Fresh graduates and interns are strongly encouraged to apply.

Pay: RM RM800.00 per month
