Task & Responsibilities:

  • Handle and organize all customs import and export documentation, ensuring full compliance with LMW (Licensed Manufacturing Warehouse) regulations.
  • Plan, coordinate, and oversea logistics and shipping operations, ensuring goods are received on time and in good condition.
  • Manage and maintain accurate LMW inventory and customs documentation, including monthly and yearly reports for submission to customs authorities.
  • Handle Dangerous Goods shipments, including classification, packing, labeling, and documentation in accordance with international regulations.
  • Coordinate with customs officers, freight forwarders, and shipping agents to ensure smooth clearance and transportation of goods.
  • Monitor and resolve logistics-related issues, such as shipment delays, damages, or discrepancies.
  • Liaise with internal departments (production, warehouse, procurement, customer service) and external partners to ensure seamless logistics operations.
  • Support and prepare for customs audits and ensure all export/import activities comply with regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance logistics efficiency, documentation accuracy, and compliance standards.
  • Manage the application of approval & exemption based on shipment
  • Liaise with government for any issues related with company
  • Prepare any application related with MIDA/I-LESEN JPSPN/COMPANY REGISTRATION/MYCIEDS/MYSST/WEBCOR/MITI/SMARTGPB/DROPSHIPMENT)
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level/Diploma or higher or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in logistics and customs operations within a manufacturing or export-oriented company.
  • Strong understanding of LMW procedures, customs regulations, and IATA/IMDG Dangerous Goods handling requirements.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
