About the role
We are seeking a talented and organized Clerk to join the team at Aeronas Aerocraft Sdn Bhd in Senai, Johor. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in supporting the overall administrative operations of our dynamic company.
What you'll be doing
- Handling a variety of administrative duties such as filing, data entry, answering phone calls, and managing correspondence
- Providing administrative support to various departments and team members as needed
- Assisting with the organization and maintenance of office records and documentation
- Coordinating logistics and making travel arrangements for the team
- Performing other general office tasks to ensure the smooth running of the business
What we're looking for
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise effectively with colleagues and stakeholders
- Proficient in using standard office software such as MS Office suite
- Ability to multitask, priorities tasks, and work well under pressure
- A positive, proactive, and customer-focused attitude
- Preferably 1-2 years of experience in a similar administrative role
