About the role
We are seeking a dedicated and organised General Clerk to join our dynamic team at Hong Lee Steel Engineering Sdn Bhd. In this full-time role based in Senai, Johor, you will be responsible for providing crucial administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our operations.
What you'll be doing
- Performing general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning and organising documents
- Providing support for office administrative tasks, including inventory management and office supply ordering
- Collaborating with various departments to ensure efficient information flow and task completion
- Contributing to the overall efficiency and productivity of the office environment
What we're looking for
0-2 years of experience in a general clerical or administrative support role
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused attitude
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records
- A team player with a positive and flexible approach to work
