Regional Learning & Development Manager Asia

FULL TIME  |   MALAYSIA   

We are currently recruiting for a Regional Learning and Development Manager Asia based in
Malaysia in a Full Time Capacity. 

Reporting to the Global Capability Leader Sales, the successful incumbent will be responsible to lead the local
adaptation and implementation of global capability programs that elevate the performance, consistency, and 
professionalism of our Asian teams. This role ensures our team members have the knowledge, skills, and
behaviours required to deliver sustainable business growth, exceptional customer experiences, and alignment
with Ego's capability building strategy, and regional priorities.
