ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for an energetic and ambitious Regional Procurement Executive with a background in Pharma to take on procurement activities including pre-qualification, negotiating supplier agreements, preparation of contracts, tender management and reporting. Further details as follows:Supplier ManagementSource, evaluate and select new suppliers for existing Prescription goods, non-prescription goods and packagingOngoing supplier management to ensure SLAs and Margin targets are metContinuously update supplier databases ensuring lead times, contract terms and inventory availability is up to date.QualityImplementing methods to inspect, test and evaluate quality of products Ensuring that products adhere to quality standardsRegulatoryImplementing methods to inspect, test and evaluate products and production equipmentEnsuring that products adhere to quality standardsSupply ChainPlace purchase orders as necessary, ensuring these are received and paid as requiredCoordinate with forwarders for relevant documents to ensure shipment delivery is on track.To assist superior on other administrative works and support day to day operation workGeneralEstablishing key performance metrics for the Procurement team and ensuring these metrics are consistently smashedUnderstanding evolving business needs and ensuring the team is well-placed to exceed "customer" expectationsUsing new technologies to improve efficiencies and capabilities within the organizationCoach, mentor and develop team membersCreating policies and procedures for risk management and mitigationContinuous review of performance and future needs to ensure team scales efficiently and effectivelyQualificationsBachelor degree in Pharmacy, Procurement Supply Chain Management or Commerce.5+ years of experience in Procurement.3+ years experience within Pharmaceutical industryStartup experience welcome.
