Sales Executive / Sales Coordinator (Construction / Building Materials)

Location: Near KL Sentral, Kuala Lumpur

We are a leading manufacturer of high-quality concrete masonry units (CMU), committed to innovation, reliability, and excellence in the construction industry. We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Executive / Sales Coordinator to join our team and support both business development and sales operations.

If you have a technical background in construction and enjoy connecting with people while keeping things organized behind the scenes, this role offers a great balance of field engagement and office coordination. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.


Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
  • Conduct technical presentations and provide product solutions to clients at their offices and project sites.
  • Prepare quotations, internal delivery advice, and related sales documentation to ensure smooth project coordination.
  • Follow up with clients on quotations, deliveries, and payments.
  • Liaise closely with production and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Requirements
  • Working Location: Near KL Sentral, Kuala Lumpur
  • Education: Diploma or Degree in any field. Candidates with backgrounds in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or other construction-related disciplines are encouraged to apply.
  • Ability to read and interpret building drawings and specifications.
  • Experience: Open to fresh graduates Experienced candidates are also welcome and will be considered for higher responsibilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Punctual and responsible, with good attention to detail and time management.
  • Required to work half-day on Saturdays (9AM–1PM).
