About the role

We are seeking a creative and versatile Graphic & Web Designer to bring our brand and clients' stories to life across digital platforms. In this role, you'll design visually compelling graphics and intuitive websites that enhance user engagement and strengthen brand identity. You'll work closely with our marketing team to translate concepts into impactful visuals, ensuring every project aligns with our brand voice and delivers a memorable online experience.

What you'll be doing

  1. Designing and developing engaging website layouts, graphics, and user interface elements
  2. Developing and executing digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as social media, email, search engine optimization and content marketing
  3. Collaborating with the marketing and sales team to ensure a cohesive and consistent brand identity across all touchpoints
  4. Staying up-to-date with the latest design trends and best practices, and implementing them to enhance the user experience
  5. Optimizing designs for various platforms and devices to ensure cross-compatibility
  6. Providing creative solutions and ideas to support the company's marketing and communication strategies
  7. Participating in design reviews and incorporating feedback to refine and improve your work
  8. Designing, building and maintaining our company website to ensure an engaging and user-friendly online presence
  9. Analyzing website and campaign performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and measure the success of marketing initiatives

What we're looking for

  1. A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
  2. Minimum 2 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your design skills and creativity
  3. Strong understanding of search engine optimisation (SEO) and digital marketing best practices
  4. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, or Sketch
  5. Experience in web design and development, with a good understanding of responsive design and user experience principles
  6. Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team
  7. A keen eye for aesthetics, typography, and color theory, with the ability to create visually appealing and cohesive designs
  8. Adaptability to work on a variety of projects and meet tight deadlines
