Key Responsibilities
- Assist in daily accounting tasks including AP (Accounts Payable) and AR (Accounts Receivable).
- Perform data entry for invoices, receipts, payments, and journals.
- Prepare and issue invoices, debit notes, and statements to customers.
- Verify supplier invoices, prepare payment vouchers, and update records.
- Maintain and organize accounting documents for audit and internal review.
- Update and maintain the accounting system / software accurately.
- Handle general administrative duties when required.
Requirements / Qualifications
- Certificate in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates who are willing to learn are encouraged to apply; experience in accounting is an added advantage.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (SQL preferred).
- Detail-oriented, accurate, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Good communication skills (fluent in Chinese, English, Malay) and ability to work as part of a team.
- High sense of responsibility, confidentiality, and integrity.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 8:00AM – 6:00PM

- 准备及发出客户发票、借记单、对账单。
- 核对供应商发票,准备付款凭证并更新记录。
- 管理及整理会计文件,供审计与内部审核。
- 准确更新及维护会计系统 / 软件。
- 需要时协助一般行政工作。
任职资格
- 需具备会计、财务、相关证书。
- 欢迎愿意学习的应届毕业生;具会计经验者更佳。
- 了解基本会计原理及账务处理。
- 熟悉 Excel 及会计软件(SQL 等优先)。
- 做事细心、准确,能独立完成工作。
- 良好沟通能力(通晓中、英、马来文)及团队合作精神。
- 具责任感、诚信并能保密财务资讯。
工作时间:
- 星期一至星期五:8:00AM – 6:00PM
