Assistant Finance Manager

Job Description:

  1. Responsible for day-to-day finance and accounts operations such as daily supervising the Team's progress on data entry, AR & AP, fixed assets, cash flow, journals, reconciliations and financial reports preparation.

  2. Oversee fund allocation and treasury functions to ensure liquidity and financial security.

  3. Involve in monthly costing process including month end closing activities.

  4. Involve in matters related to inventory including managing and ensuring accuracy of the company inventory count and working with operation team in resolving inventory discrepancy.

  5. Prepare financial statements to ensure data accuracy and compliance including monthly/quarterly financial and business performance reports.

  6. Develop annual financial budgets include monitor financial performance against budgets and provide variance analysis with recommendations.

  7. Coordinate and liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations and statutory requirements.

  8. Manage the finance team's daily operations, including work allocation and guidance, to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.

  9. To perform other duties as assigned by the finance manager from time to time.

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

  • Experience in manufacturing would be an advantage.

  • Problem-solving attitude, and able to communicate with all levels of people.

  • Fluency in Mandarin (verbal & written) preferred, due to handling Mandarin-language documents from headquarters.
