Lead High-Tech Projects – Join Us as an AMHS Project Manager

Drive end-to-end AMHS projects from pre-sales engagement to post-sales delivery. Oversee planning, execution, and customer satisfaction while ensuring timely delivery, quality support, and profitability in a high-tech semiconductor environment.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Manage full project lifecycles including proposal, planning, execution and delivery.
  • Coordinate with relevant external parties including domestic and international customers, agencies, associations and business partners thru meets up, kick-off and review meetings.
  • Communicate regularly with customers to ensure technical consultation with quality support, support business development and provide project status updates.
  • Coordinate and supervise with sales, product and design team locally and headquarters in Shanghai to ensure customer's request is delivered accordingly.
  • Coordinate and supervise with operation and supply chain team to meet project milestones; ensuring smooth handover and clear scope definition, identify risks, propose solutions and ensure timely issues resolution.
  • Works well with sales, accounting and finance team on each project cost, margin and profitability.
  • Use of ERP system to track each project, prepare project reports and track closeout reviews.

Qualifications

Working Experience

  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in semiconductor industry equipment makers, wafer fab manufacturing, automation production planning, or production control.

Education

  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related disciplines preferred.

Essential Knowledge & Skills

  • Experience in semiconductor industry AMHS, FEOL and BEOL wafer fabs, semiconductor equipment makers process flow, SOP, or system integration preferred.
  • Proficient in project management tools, MS Project, and MS Office Suite.
  • Capable of managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with ERP/OA systems for project management, tracking and follow up.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation abilities.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to motivate and guide team members to meet corporate goals.
  • Understanding of ISO 9001 QMS principles and application in supply chain processes.
  • Bilingual (English and Mandarin) is an added advantage.
