About the Role:

We are seeking talented Process Engineers and Project Engineers to join our growing CNC Manufacturing team. Whether your strength is in optimizing processes or managing customer-driven projects, you will play a key role in ensuring high-quality output, cost efficiency, and timely delivery for our machining operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Engineering:

  • Develop, optimize, and validate CNC machining processes (milling, turning, grinding).

  • Prepare and maintain process documentation, SOPs, setup sheets, tooling lists.
  • Drive productivity improvements, cost reductions, and quality enhancements.

  • Support NPI/prototype runs and troubleshoot CNC machining issues.

  • Project Engineering:

  • Lead and coordinate new product introductions, engineering changes, and process upgrades.

  • Act as liaison between customer, design, and production teams.
  • Manage project schedules, milestones, and documentation (FAI/PPAP).
  • Oversee tooling/fixture procurement and ensure smooth production handover.

Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
  • 2–6 years of experience in CNC machining, process engineering, or project management.
  • Knowledge of CNC programming (Fanuc/Siemens/Heidenhain) and CAD/CAM software is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with GD&T, PPAP/FAI, and ISO quality standards.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills.
