What you'll be doing

  • Direct coordinates and exercise functional authority for planning, organization, control, integration and completion of engineering project within assigned responsibility area
  • Initiate continuous process improvements to improve operational effectiveness
  • Identify and implement cost optimization and reduction initiatives
  • Provide technical support and guidance on operations validation, development and implementation
  • Support the start-up and integration of new operations projects
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of operational standards and procedures
  • Responsible for the project management and operation independently and effectively in cost control
  • Compile technical and commercial proposal
  • Ensure all compliance and legal requirements of certified ISO and Food Safety Management System (FSSC) are in place
  • Responsible to report food safety related problems
  • To undertake other related job as directed by immediate superior from time to time

What we're looking for

  • Minimum Degree holder in Process, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering or a related field
  • Fresh Graduate or minimum 1 year working experience in similar field
  • Applicants must be willing to travel and to be based at outstation through the duration of projects
  • Ability to work in demanding multi discipline projects
  • Good team player with ability to lead and multi-task
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
  • Good command of spoken and written Mandarin will be an added advantage
