The Role: Engineer II, Industrial Engineering

What You'll Do:

  • Responsible for updating factory layout plans and executing re-layout projects with a focus on optimizing process flow and material movement.
  • Conduct cycle time studies and perform capacity analyses to support production planning.
  • Analyze manning ratios and carry out line balancing assessments to enhance labor productivity and resource utilization.
  • Perform gap analyses to identify production bottlenecks and initiate improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing performance.
  • Provide support for new product introductions, including layout design, time studies, and capacity evaluations.
  • Assist in routing setup and conduct product standard cost analyses to ensure accurate costing and process alignment.
  • Contribute to productivity enhancement and cost-reduction projects aimed at operational excellence.
  • Facilitate internal training sessions to promote a culture of continuous improvement across all organizational levels.
  • Execute ad-hoc tasks and assignments as needed to support strategic and operational goals.

What We Seek:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Industrial Engineering, with a strong foundation in core concepts and tools.
  • Practical knowledge of Kaizen and Lean Manufacturing methodologies; experience implementing continuous improvement initiatives is a strong advantage.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD for layout design and skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for data analysis and reporting.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities and effective communication skills across cross-functional teams and organizational levels.
  • Proven ability to drive change and influence stakeholders in dynamic, fast-paced settings.
  • Self-driven and able to work independently with minimal supervision, while managing multiple priorities effectively.
