Responsibilities and Duties

• Deploy, configure, and test AMHS control software (e.g., STKC, MSTC, MCS) at project locations assigned by the company.
• Integrate and debug software with automated material handling systems (e.g., OHTs, stockers).
• Investigate and resolve system issues during deployment and operation.
• Maintain technical documentation in compliance with ISO 9001 QMS, including installation records, test results, and issue logs.
• Collaborate with internal teams, customers, and project managers for successful system delivery.
• Provide technical support remotely and on-site, including after-sales support and on-call duty.
• Prepare reports such as installation summaries, troubleshooting logs, and feedback forms.
• Conduct client training to ensure effective system handover and usage.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards, company policies, and quality procedures.
• Support resolution of technical non-conformities or deviations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement through project feedback and lessons learned.
• Provide 24x7 stand-by support on a rotational basis to ensure timely response to equipment breakdowns or critical system issues.
• Must be available for emergency callouts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays, when required.
• Ensure prompt troubleshooting, repair, and communication with customers during stand-by periods.
• Maintain readiness to travel or provide remote support as needed during stand-by duty.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to uphold operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Experience

• 2–3 years of experience in software, automation, or control systems preferred.
• Fresh graduates with relevant academic backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

Education

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.

Skills & Knowledge

• Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., C#, C++, or equivalent).
• Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, Redis).
• Comfortable with Linux systems and command-line environments.
• Strong problem-solving and learning agility in fast-paced environments.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with clients and internal teams.
• Willingness to travel locally and internationally as required.
• Bilingual (English and Mandarin) is a plus based on project needs.
• Prior experience in factory automation or cleanroom environments is highly preferred.
• Exposure to SECS/GEM protocols or MES integration is an advantage.
