Responsibilities and Duties
- Oversee and manage the entire factory construction process, ensuring project delivery meets timelines, budgets, and required quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, vendors, and internal stakeholders for smooth execution of construction-related activities.
- Supervise daily manufacturing operations, ensuring adherence to production schedules, output targets, safety regulations, and product quality standards.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to support the implementation of new product designs or production improvements.
- Manage local customer service functions, ensuring prompt handling of inquiries, issues, and feedback to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Maintain strong working relationships with key local customers to support retention and service excellence.
- Oversee the setup, operation, and maintenance of the demo line for customer demonstrations, training, and marketing purposes.
- Monitor production KPIs and support initiatives to improve operational performance and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory, environmental, and workplace safety requirements.
- Support internal and external audits, including ISO-related operational compliance.
- Carry out other duties and special projects as assigned by the Vice President or senior management.
Qualifications
Working Experience
- Minimum 5 to 7 years' experience in SEMI-CON AMHS programming, manufacturing, or similar roles.
Education
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or other relevant fields.
Essential Knowledge & Skills
- Strong background in managing customer service functions and maintaining customer relationships.
- Proven experience in factory setup, construction management, and manufacturing operations.
- Excellent leadership, people management, and team motivation skills.
- Solid analytical and troubleshooting abilities in production environments.
- Ability to assign, track, and drive team targets to completion effectively.
- Familiarity with production quality standards and operational compliance is preferred.
- Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
