FOL Production Manager

Primary Function:

·       Responsible in managing a group of production staff at FOL Operation to meet daily / weekly / monthly production schedule and operation objective by recruiting, training & developing, discipline, competent and to motivate supervisor and manufacturing specialist.

·       Responsible in optimizing production workforce as to ensure the delivery of all customer demand with excellent product quality, competitive price, shortest cycle time and 100% performance-to-schedule (PTS).

·       Responsible to immediate response to any discrepancy, quality and accident cases.

Principal Responsibilities:

·      To manage overall production functions, to meet the production schedule and operation objective.

·      To optimize the available resources to support planned capacity to ensure timely delivery of customer demand with excellent product quality, competitive price and shortest cycle time.

·      Provide program towards improving operations productivity and efficiency by using effective problem-solving method / tools as well as data analysis.

·      Periodically review man-to-machine ratio and provide improvement plan to improve workforce productivity.

·      Drive the continuous improvement project in process as way to reduce wastage, improve cycle time, productivity, cost and workmanship error.

·      Provide support to other departments, Q&R, Engineering and Maintenance to achieve company objectives.

·      Motivate and groom selected personnel for career advancement in the company.

Any others task assigned from day to day.

Minimum Qualification:

·       Bachelor Degree in Engineering or related discipline with minimum five (5) years working experience in high volume manufacturing environment, preferably in semiconductor manufacturing.
