Job Responsibility:

  1. Manage the Photolithography equipment for TEL track tools.
  2. Lead TEL track equipment to sustain process stability and tools uptime to meet high volume manufacturing & company goal

    3.Coordinate tools PM, spare parts management and drive for improvement projects.

Education Required:

PhD / Master or Degree holder in related fields

Years of experience:

At least 10 years in semiconductor fab operations.

Skills / Abilities:

1. Have 10 years working experience in semiconductor industry in one/two modules, with 3 years of equipment management experience

2.Must have experience in high volume manufacturing

3. Experienced in DUV scanners/steppers and advanced tools

4. Strong leadership skills, able to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
