About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Analyst to support and enhance Oracle Cloud ERP – Transportation Management (OTM), Warehouse Management (WMS), and Inventory Management Cloud modules.

You will work closely with global and local teams to ensure smooth ERP operations, system optimization, and successful implementation of logistics and supply chain solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide functional and technical support for Oracle Cloud ERP (OTM, WMS, and Inventory).
  • Lead system configuration, integration, and troubleshooting activities.
  • Collaborate with global IT and business users to deliver end-to-end ERP solutions.
  • Participate in full ERP project lifecycle: requirement gathering, testing, implementation, and go-live support.
  • Analyze and resolve complex incidents, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Prepare and maintain system documentation, process flows, and training materials.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or Supply Chain / Logistics Management.
  • Minimum 5 years of ERP experience (preferably Oracle Fusion Cloud).
  • Hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud OTM and WMS modules.
  • At least 2 full ERP lifecycle implementations.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics, warehousing, and supply chain operations.
  • Proficient in SQL, Power Query, Excel Macros, and Visio.
  • ITIL Certification and experience in semiconductor or manufacturing industry will be an advantage.
  • Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work across global time zones (APAC, EMEA, Americas).
