Job Responsibility:

1) Assist Senior Manager in updating IGU's policies from time to time.

2) Administrative support to the Senior Manager and provide timely response to internal/ external auditors on IGU's matters.

3) Assist Senior Manager in preparing Board papers, minutes of meeting, etc.

4) Assist Senior Manager in IGU investigations and drafting of investigation reports.

5) Assist Senior Manager in the execution of governance and awareness matters.

6) Assist Senior Manager in maintaining the whistleblowing platforms and compiling relevant reports for pre-screening by the Investigation Committee ("IC").

7) Assist Senior Manager in updating of IGU tasks in the Project & Support Tracking System.

8) Undertake ad-hoc assignments by Senior Manager as and when required.

Education Required:

Minimum bachelor's degree in finance/ accountancy/ banking or equivalent fields.

Certified Internal Auditor/ Chartered Certified Accounting will be an added advantage.

Years Of Experience:

Minimum 2 to 3 years of working experience in related field.

Skills Required:

1) Good communication skills with ability to articulate clearly to Senior Management, consultants or external advisors.

2) Strong analytical skills, interviewing, reporting, planning and problem-solving abilities.

3) Good planning and organizing skills, and capacity for multi-tasking.

4) Demonstrate independence and objectivity on cases/ tasks assigned.
