Senior Executive, Record to Report

Job Description
What you'll do:
- Coordinate accounting tasks involved in maintaining various accounting and financial records and extensively monitoring and processing related data.
- Maintain interface with departmental personnel to provide information to verify or support records and ensure compliance with established accounting policies and procedures of different countries; prepare reports ; correspondence and answer inquiries internally and externally regarding finance and accounting information.
- Ensure the smooth operation of finance daily transactions and operations in Record to Report, Booking to Cash, Procure to pay, and Data Management in end-to-end finance processes in Accounting.
- Liaise extensively with colleagues as well as financial institutions domestically and abroad across various countries.
- Perform analytical reviews of financial and non-financial data for Balance Sheet and P/L preparation
- Timely preparation of monthly and quarterly management report
- Coordinate and complete annual audit with internal and external auditors
- Liaise with related parties such as auditors, tax agents, bankers, etc
- Work on improvement projects to enhance end-to-end finance processes.
- Preparation of tax reports Ad-hoc tasks as and when assigned by management
Who you are:
- Degree in finance / accounting with 3 to 4 years of relevant working experience
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High learning agility and ability to work well in a constant changing environment
