Construction Manager / Project Manager (Prestressing & Structural Solutions) - Specialist Contractor Klang Valley | Civil & Structural Works (Bridges, High -Rise) | Full -Time Job SummaryWe're looking for an experienced construction leader to manage and deliver challenging civil and structural projects—including bridges, prestressed structures, and high -rise works. You'll be responsible for planning, coordination, and execution on -site, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and prepare construction programmes, ensuring resources are in place before commencementLead and coordinate project teams, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliersMonitor progress, quality, safety, and cost against project targetsResolve technical and site issues with consultants and contractorsMaintain strong communication with clients, stakeholders, and authoritiesEnsure compliance with HSE regulations and company standards RequirementsDegree in Civil / Structural Engineering or equivalentMinimum 5 years' experience in civil & structural construction, ideally in bridge methodologyProven ability to lead teams and coordinate multiple stakeholdersStrong communication, problem -solving, and decision -making skillsAble to manage tight schedules and work independently BenefitsWhy Join Us?
