Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Tester with a strong background in insurance and claims to support application testing for the Hong Kong market. The ideal candidate must possess hands-on experience in insurance domain processes and be proficient in Chinese languages to effectively manage documentation and communication requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform functional, regression, UAT, and system testing related to insurance and claims processing applications
  • Analyze business and functional requirements to develop comprehensive test scenarios and test cases
  • Execute test scripts, log defects, and track defect closure in coordination with development teams
  • Validate system enhancements and changes to ensure compliance with business rules and regulatory standards
  • Collaborate with business users, product owners, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth testing cycles
  • Prepare test documentation, reports, and ensure quality deliverables within project timelines
  • Support post-implementation testing and hyper-care activities

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in software testing specifically within the
    insurance and claims domain
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end claims lifecycle, insurance policies, and underwriting processes
  • Ability to write, read, and communicate fluently in
    Cantonese and Chinese
  • Experience in preparing test plans, executing test cases, and defect management using test management tools
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment
