About the Job

We are seeking qualified professionals for the following critical roles:

  1. Warehouse Manager

  2. The Focus:
    Overall leadership and optimization of the warehousing function. You will be responsible for ensuring high inventory accuracy and maximizing operational efficiency through structured processes.

  3. Key Skills Required:
    Proven experience managing large-scale warehouse operations, implementing cycle counting, and driving
    Lean/Six Sigma
    initiatives. Mandatory expertise with a robust
    Warehouse Management System (WMS)
    .

  4. Warehouse Executive

  5. The Focus:
    Day-to-day coordination and execution of warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatch. You will ensure timely and accurate material flow to support production schedules.

  6. Key Skills Required:
    Hands-on experience with WMS, strong understanding of inventory principles (e.g., FIFO), and excellent organizational skills.

  7. Production & Material Planner (Combined Focus)

  8. The Focus:
    Bridging the gap between demand and manufacturing capability by creating, managing, and optimizing the production schedule while ensuring timely raw material supply.

  9. Key Tasks:
    Developing the
    Master Production Schedule (MPS)
    , managing material requirement plans, and balancing inventory levels to prevent disruptions. You will be instrumental in maintaining accurate data within the
    ERP/MRP systems
    .
  10. Key Skills Required:
    Expert proficiency in
    ERP/MRP systems
    . Strong background in materials planning, inventory control, and production scheduling within a high-volume, technical manufacturing environment.

Skills & Experience Required (General)

  • Industry Preference:
    Background in a highly systematic, technical industry such as
    Stamping and Mechanical Assembly, E&E, EMS, Semiconductor, Industrial Machinery, or Automation Machinery
    is highly preferred.
  • Systems Acumen:
    Mandatory proficiency in integrated business systems (
    ERP/MRP/WMS
    ).
  • Competencies:
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent cross-functional communication, and a track record of driving process improvement.
  • Experience Level:
    Relevant professional experience is essential, with managerial roles requiring a proven history of leading teams and operations.
