Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Specialist to enhance our online presence and engage with our audience across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be required to have a passion for fintech, a deep understanding of social media trends and the ability to create compelling content that resonates with our target market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create, curate and manage high-quality content across all social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram).
  • Monitor, analyse and report on social media performance metrics to optimize campaigns and content.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals.
  • Engage with our community by responding to comments, messages and inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for growth.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Excellent knowledge of social media platforms and trends
  • Strong communication and writing skills
  • Experience in content creation, social media management and analytics
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently
  • Creativity and attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field
  • Experience with social media management tools
